Great people, good prices for the most part. We've taken all our sleds there for maintenance 10 out of 10 would recommend. We also purchased my son's dirt bike from here as well . Everyone is super knowledgeable about their products and merchandise.

Excellent service and excellent staff! I drove from CT to purchase a 2020 softail standard, it was by far the best deal within hundreds of miles and the price we agreed on was the price I paid. I purchased a 1979 Suzuki RM125 for a reunion ride with vintage motocross bikes at a track I raced at over 40 years ago. I promised my wife I would not get hurt, so I googled motocross equipment and as I started reading reviews, I knew Joanne at RPM was who I need to talk to. I have been out of motocross racing for 45 years and everything has changed since I rode. I missed Joanne when I visited for the first time, but Roger the owner yelled into the shop for Matt to help me with some gear. At first I thought this 21 year old guy is not going to give me good advice on what to get. After talking to Matt for less than a few minutes, I knew this was the right guy. I asked Matt "do you race motocross" ? He smiled and yep, not long after I could walk, I've been riding and racing. After telling Matt what I was doing, and seeing how interested in this vintage bike and the reunion ride he was, I knew he would be the one I was going to trust with this project. Finding parts for a 44 year old bike is not an easy task. Matt found everything he need to get me back on a dirt bike. Could not be happier with Matt and Roger. Their passion and professionalism is in everything they do. Could not give a higher recommendation for this shop, and this coming from someone that works in a similar sales and service business. I bought my new harley 10 years ago and found out RPM services harleys. I have had Roger's team work on my bike ever since and the bike never once let me down. That's all you can ask from a shop. I tell everyone I've never had a problem with my Harley, but it's not the bike, it's the mechanics who provide the scheduled maintenance that keep it running and we appreciate them! I've also had three other bikes Roger has sold and purchased and he handles those transactions with no stress. Very easy to do business with. Jo who runs the clothing and motorcycle accessories dept. is also very helpful and sells at very reasonable prices! Bravo to the Entire RPM Team! Small business is the best business!

Awesome experience with RPM motorcycles, I expressed my intentions of getting an old Honda Valkyrie that needed some work done,they cleaned and synced 6 carburetors that took over 8 hours, they quickly and efficiently assessed what was wrong with it and got to work! I happily bought the bike at a very fair price and love it! This bike runs amazing. Thank you Roger and your awesome team for doing an amazing job!

I brought home an older Honda as a starter bike this year. She needed a carb rebuild, new plugs and to be checked out. I called friends with bikes to find the best place to go and all of them said RPM!

I was not disappointed one bit! They were very helpful, and patient (I am a beginner! ). My bike sounds like she's new again! There are a number of bike shops closer, and I've called a couple of them. I'd rather make the drive to RPM, they're well worth it! Highly recommend!! Thanks guys! .

So I have been a fan and customer at RJ's for 25 years now and there is a reason for that. Roger gets it done and done right. I recently brought him a project that had sat for over 12 years (Kawasaki KZ900) and it needed a lot of work to resurrect it. He went the extra mile and got the old timer running like a charm. Roger helped me to sell my bike this season. It was pretty straight forward. Roger explained the consignment process in detail and gave advise on the price. 4 weeks later I received a check with the agreed amount. I will definitely use them again in the further. Very satisfied.

Stored my bike here for the winter and they took great care of it. Had them change the oil and inspect the bike. They retapped my oil plug I stripped out, and at such a lower cost KTM would of charged me. The bike was ready to go on the date I scheduled to pick it up. Couldnt ask for more helpful of a bike shop. Ill be going here for now on.

RPM has been my "goto" shop for over 22 years. I've had several bikes (several different brands too) and RPM serviced/servises them all. I also bought one of my bikes there and gotten several helmets too.

I dropped off a Suzuki DRZ-400 that hasnt been run in a long time. They did a thorough job going through the machine, and its running like new now. As an added bonus, they even cleaned it up for me, and the total cost was less than I expected. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality work at a competitive price.

Been taking my bike here for several years now. Fair prices. Quick turn around. Recently had a tire put on and they had it done same day. So fast I missed the call to say it was done. Should mention, last year Roger went out of his way to find me a better priced part than standard oem fuel pump which would have been the easy thing to do. For a small seller fee, they have your motorcycle on display inside where the public can come and view, get questions answered from their knowledgeable staff and I dont have to deal trying to sell myself. Thank you for your consignment services! It was an absolute pleasure doing business....and by 'business,' I mean, you did all the work and I picked up a check! I was able to get nearly twice what I was quoted as a trade-in at a local dealership. This was not an easy bike to move and took almost all of the contract's 90 days to sell, but your multiple listing sites and periodic council about when to lower the listing price proved to be a recipe for success! From the day I bought my motorcycle from RJs three years ago, to the day I sold it at RJs a couple of weeks ago, my experience has always been positive. Everyone from the sales staff to the counter staff to the service department has been friendly, professional, and helpful. Anytime I called with a question, they have done whatever they could do to assist me, giving me advice and never making me feel rushed. I recently retired and moved to South Carolina, so regretfully, I was forced to sell my bike. I tried unsuccessfully for several months to sell it on Craigslist. When I brought it to RJs, it was sold within 3 weeks for more than I was asking on Craigslist. I appreciate everything youve done for me. I first met Roger at his first store on Amherst St in Nashua in 2005. My oldest son Dana was drooling for a dirt bike. I bought a bike for him that needed a lot of work to be a safe and fun ride. Roger and his crew went through it, my sons eyes were tearful when he saw his first bike. Since that time I bought another dirt bike, 2 ATV's, a sport bike and for dad a Harley Davidson. Not to forget all the excellent service we received.

I'm always stopping in to say hi and have a good time with all the folks that work there. Everyone there have treated me as one of family and that is why I will return even if it's only to look at the inventory or just a question about anything. Terry even trusted me with his antique Honda 400 to get my motorcycle license. That sold me on my friendship with RJ's.

Recently I was hit with the tough decision of having to sell my 2014 Harley Davidson Street Glide. Not knowing anything about how to start, I contacted Paul and the team at RJ's Motorsports in Nashua. Paul talked me through the whole process and explained to me on how they could sell my bike and put money in my pocket. I didn't believe I could still make money since I still had a loan. I decided to take the chance and left my motorcycle with the team that day. I recently sold my 2014 Suzuki V-Strom through RJs-RPM Motorcycle Service. My bike was in mint condition with fewer than 200 miles on it. I was skeptical I'd be able to sell it through a dealer, figuring it would just sit there in inventory, but hassling with would-be buyers was not what had time or interest in doing.

I talked with Paul, negotiated a price and signed the listing agreement. He was very helpful, professional and courteous. Paul and his crew picked up my bike this summer and they sold it in January. January! I received a very fair price for it and RJs-RPM took all the hassle out of the process, especially negotiating with buyers. I received my check in just a few days.

This place is great! I got a Quote from Roger for repairs and parts needed for my snowmobile and agreed to have them do the work, when I came to pick up my snowmobile they told me they had made a mistake quoting out the price of the parts. The parts price was over 100.00 less when they ordered it from Artic Cat so the reduced my invoice saving me that 100.00.

That is old time honesty, nice to save the money but the real value to me was that they did the right thing putting the customers interests first you just don't see that these days. Great dealing with such good and honest people.

I had a motorcycle I wanted to sell since I hadn't ridden it in almost three years and it was taking up space in my garage. I went to RJ's and I was directed to Roger. I explained I had a bike to sell and he told me they don't buy bikes but only sell on consignment. I was kind of bummed but he gave me the name of another outfit in Concord that does buy them. We talked a few minutes after and I told him about what I was looking to sell. He thought about if for a second and said he would buy it. I told him what I wanted for it and he agreed. I came back later with the title and he handed me a check. Done deal! He sent over two guys the next day to pick it up. They both had a lot of good things to say about Roger. They both are long time employees who couldn't say enough about their boss. I feel good about doing business with somebody who cares about his employees. The two guys he sent over were very good as well. Both were very polite, friendly and knew their jobs. (Shout out to Ken and Matt!) I highly recommend RJ's to anybody who needs a motorcycle, accessories or service!
